partnership with the Career Placement Office, many students have
already obtained internships in a variety of fields such as
marketing, administration, web technologies, soft ware
development, accounting, finance and many more. The following

Researching to help identify local agents, distributors,
importers for American goods and services. Assisting
with appointment making for US companies visiting Ghana.
Inputting data into the client commercial base.

Market research on the aviation and automobile industry
in Ghana for clients. Helped coordinate the Ghanaian
delegation to the Corporate Council for Africa summit.

This summer internship has been an on-going excellent
learning experience. I love the relaxed atmosphere and
the way an excellent work is appreciated. In the
beginning I could not handle the pressure because
assignment deadlines were so close. But for a job well
done, everyone in the office received a bouquet of
flowers and to top it all, a huge cheese cake for
everyone to enjoy the next day. “A special American way
of saying thank you, your efforts are really
appreciated”. |
