	NSAA

	Nsaa is an Adinkra symbol of the Akans in Ghana. It is a type of hand woven fabric which signifies excellence, genuineness, authenticity.

In surveys distributed to the Ashesi student body year after year one of the key reasons for choosing Ashesi over other schools is our "state of the art technology." This statement highlights the importance of technology to our academic program. Students use computers to complete classroom assignments, run virtual experiments and access our electronic library of over 2000 academic journals.

With our student body growing every year, we would like to update our current computer facilities to improve the computer services we are able to provide our students. Additionally, much of our computer equipment is now over four years old and in need of being replaced. To maintain the quality of our program and provide students the access to technology they expect we must continue to improve our technology infrastructure.

Ashesi University is seeking donations of computers, software and peripherals, airline miles, books, library resources, shipping costs, and administrative supplies. Listed below are items that Ashesi University is currently in need of acquiring. If you have one or more of these items that you would like to donate, or have an item that is not on this list that you think could help support our organization, please contact us at foundation@ashesi.org.

FREIGHT OR SHIPPING TO GHANA

Low or no-cost shipping of books and other freight to West Africa (average 100 lbs per month)

AIRLINE MILES

Donate your airline miles to be used by Ashesi faculty and staff. For example your airlines miles could be used to help fly a visiting faculty member to Ghana to teach a course, or bring an Ashesi faculty member to the United States for training.
