Speaking at Ashesi’s 20th anniversary celebration on October 8th, Ghana’s Minister for Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, reflected on how the University had influenced his decision to return to Ghana from the United States. The Minister also spoke about the importance of universities prioritising student outcomes; Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics; and how Ashesi’s example in these areas continues to inspire Ghana.
